The West Australian Newspaper telemarketer. I rang back and they knew who I was and asked me if I wanted to have the paper home delivered as I was entitled to a "massive discount" due to entering a competition through them.

Have called me 3 times, 2 of those in the last 3 hours, never leave a message so I have no idea who it actually is or why they're calling and I don't answer numbers I don't recognize.
