Caller: This phone number is for Open Colleges The phone number (08) 9468 9514 is a Western Australia landline phone number linked to Open Colleges (www.opencolleges.edu.au). I recently submitted an online enquiry/request for a specific course guide which was emailed to me, the request also required my phone number, to enable Open College to follow up with outcome of my course enquiry.

Caller: Open Colleges You have no choice but to hand over a contact number when you download information, as is the case for many organisations. The antispam legislation doesn't cover this, but should probably be revisited to include an opt-in requirement before you can be contacted. I don't answer my phone for numbers I don't have in my contacts now and block numbers I don't want to bother me.
