Cold call real estate agent

Caller: LJHooker City Residential

I commented earlier about being called and the guy was outsourced. I phoned LJ Hooker city Residential and asked if they had someone cold calling for them and she said yes. Told her to take my number off their calling list.

Caller: LJ Hooker

Said they were LJ Hooker and wanted to give me an appraisal on my home. Said they were from East Perth branch. When I asked what street in Rast Perth he didn’t know. He said it was outsourced to Indonesia and he had to check his computer. I could hear him typing away. I told him don’t worry I’m not ready for an appraisal. He asked if I’d like to have email contact I said no. I asked how he got my number and he said that it’s from information from conjoined agencies.
I smell a rat!

Said they were lj hooker offering market appraisal. They knew my address

I called back and it was LJ Hooker trying asking my dead mother if they could do a market appraisal on her property

I called back the number (08) 9468 7809 and reached vm that said I reached LJ Hooker Real Estate
