Scam pretending to be antivirus Mcfee

I received an email from sigtate @ gmail.com, with an invoice attached that appeared to be from McAfee (the computer security software company). The invoice was for $349, although I do not have an account with McAfee. The invoice contained the customer contact number (08) 9467 2573/">(08) 9467 2573.I rang the number (08) 9467 2573 and spoke to a man who told me he was from McAfee. I told him that I had received this invoice and he then asked me for information that caused me to suspect that the invoice was part of a scam. I terminated the conversation. Is it possible that he could answer a call to this number although ReverseAustralia has no results for this number? I would be very interested if you could respond to this.
