I called back number (08) 9439 4076 rang once then goes to busy tone.

Definitely a scammer. They claimed to be telstra and wanted me to access my computer. It came up from this number but they were clearly overseas by the way the line was all crackly.
They hung up when I tried to pass the phone to my partner.
