Caller: Melanoma Research Foundation

Answered and had that typical 5 second delay of silence before an automated voice said "You've been contacted by the Melanoma Research Foundation". It then went to a musical 'on hold' sound and that's when I hung up. Not gonna listen to more scamming dingbats drone on. Keep in mind the true legit AUSTRALIAN Melanoma Research Foundation (AMRF) don't cold call... The scammers conveniently leave out the word Australian in their business title.

The AMRF does NOT solicit donations by phone, by post or in person.

I called back number (08) 9425 5238 reached voice mail for Melanoma Research Foundation.

Well spoken woman from the melanoma research foundation.I told her I knew this was a scam.This scam must be given more publicity.Phoned on 2nd July,2020.

Scam, block number if possible

Caller: bogus scammers posing as Melanoma Foundation Australia

Not the Australian charity Australian Melanoma Research Foundation. Scam.

Had a call from this number which i had blocked some time ago. Be aware they are back at this scam again.
