Although the caller ID indicates that the number is based in Wanneroo, they're based in Cockburn on Blacky Row.
It seems to be hit or miss whether or not you can call the the number ending in 1008 (the one that appears as the caller ID). The first couple of times I called it, it didn't work.

Their call to me was legitimate, to arrange fitting of blinds that I had ordered from them.
