Bankwest querying an ATM withdrawal. No message left, nothing in the message section of online banking, just a random call from a suspicious number. Makes me reconsider banking with them.

This is not bankwest. I had a call from this number pretending to be them. They are trying to get info out of you. Contact Bankwest straight away if you are a customer there. They are trying to hack you!!!!

Legit - I received the call shortly after receiving an email querying a potential fraudulent transaction on my account. i was already on the phone to Bankwest pproving the transaction when i received the missed call

They left a message and indicated they were BankWest fraud's team. They provided a 1300 number and option to call back on. Legit.
