The female knew me by name, said i'd spoken with them in the past, about pain management. (I don't remember that) however, i did have tendonitis twice. Also was treated for it, not by them that i recall. The female asked whether i or others may still need help with pain management....So seemed genuine to me, in regards to myself anyways.
