I called back number (08) 9210 3302 spoke to a woman who said company name is Tommy's Pest.

Turns out I had actually used them in the past! My warranty was up :) That number is legit and not a spammer.

Its a legit business that does termite and other insect inspections and protection for homes. They often have temporary stands in shopping centres and do competitions so you may have given them your details at some point.
