Attempting to entice into reporting an accident and 'claiming insurance'.

Scammer (Indian accent) aapparently from Insurance Commission of Western Australia enquiring about a car accident I had last year. Number identified as originating in Broome W.A ( rediculous as Broome is a tourist town with no such gov dept is licated

How come nothing is done about it (so it seems) as the the 20th this month.. etc etc...?

Got a call while I was driving. They said they were from the "National Accident Centre", at which time I said "I'm in the middle of an accident and I don't need this sh*t" then hung up!

Asked about the recent car accident I supposedly had - did not happen - advised them information was incorrect and asked where they got the information from and they hung up on me

I'm sick of spam calls as my phone tells me when they are spams I got rid of my prepaid Optus cos of this now I moved to a phone plan and still get them never got this with my Vodafone plan but thanks to ppl for reviews so I know it was a spam
