Scam caller spoke with foreign accent phishing for personal details

Caller: an unsolicted call of some nature

Given the above comment and the fact they didn't leave a message makes you suspicious. If they really wanted to talk they would leave a message and introvertedness or shyness is not an excuse. In no particular order, scam, telemarketer etc.

Due to the high number of spam calls, we leave the phone permanently on its answer machine. If the caller identifies him / her self, we talk. Most times call centres and spammers will just hang up. Today answer machine "1", spammer "0".

Rang today, I answered, no response. Just another scam call I would say.

Didn't leave a message, probably a scam call or a telemarketer.
