they had my full name and year of birth, they asked me to confirm my date and month of birth so i hung up. I rang Alinta direct and they confirmed this is a fraudulent call.

It is Alinta Energy. It’s nit a scam I have used the service to pay my bill and extend if needed. It’s not a scam number

Received a call from (08) 8921 1360 caller Id said it was Alinta Energy. Recorded message said to press 1. I didn’t and the call disconnected a few seconds later. I also received a text message last week telling me I was late with payment. I knew this must be a scam as I switched to Kleenheat over a year ago!!! I showed the text to a couple of Alinta reps that had a stall set up at the shopping centre and they confirmed that the number provided in the text was NOT an Alinta phone number.

I have had 3 calls from this number and now am definitely blocking it after reading these :-) thank you

3-4 nuisance calls per day. Absolute harassment.

It was a recorded message asking me to confirm name, then told me my year of birth, then asked for my month and day of Date of Birth so i hung up. Seems suspicious.

I called back number (08) 8921 1360 reached IVR for a company called Alinta Energy.
