Called to say they'd been trying to contact a specific person from my Facebook friends list!!!! Asked if I could give them his details. Block number immediately!

Called asking specifically for a name, and expressed private and urgency.
Asked where his calling from, what the matter is regarding and he responded with 'I really need to speak with him, when will the 'person' be available, can you transfer my call to him' and would not leave a name and number nor a company and said will try back another time.

Wanted to speak to a particular person that wasn't here. i said i can take a message. When i asked what company he was calling from he said he couldn't disclose because it would be breaching the privavcy of that person. Clearly dodgey

Regarding Vodafone matters

Same as others have mentioned. He also gave 1300 669 208 as a return call number. I called him back and "Matt" said it was regarding a Vodafone matter but needed me to confirm my details (full name and D.O.B.) before he could discuss. Complete scam! I refused and gave him nothing.

Dodgy. Wouldn't provide details of why they were calling. Just wanted the details of someones (who I haven't seen for over 10 years) family member (whom I have never met). Dont disclose information.

I called back the number (08) 8490 1635 and the guy on the other line did not mention the company name
