never connects on ring back

keep getting calls from this number. no answer went called back just silence and call ended within 3 secs

This number has called twice in 6 days, they have not left a message. I'm overseas now so not calling back now.

This number keeps calling. We only answer known numbers.
When we have tryed ringing back there is no conection just silence.

I have about 5 calls from this number over the past month - I haven't answered as its an ingrained habit to never answer calls from numbers I don't recognise. I am guessing it may have something to do with an online insurance quote I wanted about a month ago - it's tricky when the online quoting forms won't let you get any further without inputting a valid phone number - thank goodness I used my mobile number not a landline number. If I wanted to follow up the insurance quote I would call them. If my supposition is correct could only be one of YOUI, GIO (NSW) or NRMA - and my bet is YOUI.
