I called back number (08) 8409 9235 spoke to a guy who said company name is Jarvis Ford.

this number is from a car yard in Sth Australia called Jarvis Ford. I simply looked at a vehicle they had advertised on car sales .com and have received 5 phone calls from them including one at 8.35 pm. Another number they use is (08) 8403 3888. Given that I live in victoria it is highly unlikely that I would drive the 1,600+ kms return trip to buy a Kia Rio? $10,000 car of which there are plenty to buy in Victoria. In fact we did buy a almost identical car, A slightly upgraded version, from a car dealer approx 12 kms from our home with 7500 less klms and 8 mths more rego for $2,700 less than they were asking for the one they had advertised on car sales.com Indeed We actually saved more than $2,700 as we negotiated hard and got it as a drive away price as well. All I can say is they were/are desperate to make a sale. One other thing I noticed about the car that Jarvis for had advertised was at the bottom of each picture they had in 'watermark' writing " Picture for illistration purposes only" The car the were showing in the pictures on the ad still had the platic on the floor etc. Just like a 'brand new' car. Very strange.????
