Have told AGL ten times and given reference numbers but keep getting call from different places.
About to change they are annoying me at all times of day and night.

Strange that an upstanding company like AGL would call and not leave a voicemail message to let me know that they called. Have done it twice now. Not a wonder Electricity companies are on the nose. I've found another company that at least publishes online that it believes in a marketing code of conduct. Perhaps AGL should assess it's own business practices, particularly if they wish to build their business rather than drive customers away, as it has done for others on this site. All the best AGL! Hope that pissing off customers works for you.

Never ending calls from these idiots. Asked them to stop many times, sent complaints via FB messenger and website, received assurances from management that calls will stop but they don't. Have blocked every number they call on so they call from another one. Have moved to another provider. to get away from them.

The above examples seems to imply I did get a call from AGL and coincidentally I do have a complaint in place where I indicated email ONLY. I also didn't get a message, so I'll need to get back to them some other way. I won't be using this number - I plan to block it.
