AGL Keeps calling and begging me to not change providers and to stay with them.

Relentless calls from AGL Energy, desperately trying to retain your business. 2-3 calls per day. Customers must be leaving them in hordes with their high energy price increases.

Caller hung up when I answered however I also changed from AGL only 4 days ago. AGL top rate was 48cents per kw and my FIT was slashed. My average since, with the new provider has been 17cents per kw. That the caller hung up, as reported by others, does seem like pay-back harassment.

Calling from AGL 3-4 time a day.They refused to provide any offers before left, then tried to get you back

Left AGL I called asking if they can do a better deal as I will need to leave if not- apparently they couldnt do anything. No worries I left. Now I get constant calls. Blocked

They called me multiple times, when i answered the call, they hang up. I heard that this number might be AGL as it makes sense.. i also just left AGL for another provider. The authorities should take action

I didn’t answer the call but believe it was AGL because I’ve changed to Origin, who in SA offer pensioner concession - however, I won’t return call in case the number has been manipulated and is being used fraudulently.

Just recently left AGL as a provider, and didn't answer this call.. came here though and it appears everyone who has left AGL is getting a call from them.

Just had the same call! He says hello, I say hello and rudely hangs up on me!
If it is indeed AGL then I find this sort of behaviour unacceptable. Shame AGL, shame.

Recently change from AGL to another provider. When I answer the call, they hang up 🤔

Same thing, they call (several times), I answer and then they hang up. I have just rung the number and told them to remove me from whatever data base they have.

Going by previous feedback I can safely assume it was AGL as we have just switched providers. It doesn't bode well when you get hung up on for asking if they can compete with other provider which they can't.

I've had a couple of calls from this number in last 2 days but hang up when I answer. I have recently left AGL for another provider so can assume that as per one previous comment here, they are trying to contact me and ask me to stay! When I call number back, a recording states it is AGL.
