First thing they asked for was all your details and asked about NBN hook up. Surprised the number didn't register to Telstra.

We had problem with our Telstra NBM and called Telstra mainline. The line got cut off and we got a call back from this number. It was an Adelaide number and he said one of their service centres is in Adelaide. He then connected to the right department and we got a call back from their Brisbane service centre. In the end our NBN issue was sorted out

Had called telstra earlier in the week on there main 13 22 00 number requesting disconnecting a service. The agent arranged a call back to discuss further changes about swapping to nbn with telstra for my current cable connection.
