Caller: David from "Telstra" ID D0246294

Wanted me to press Control and Searchlight on my Mac because there was a problem with someone else using my internet connection. I'm not connected to Telstra and when I said I was not happy doing what he wanted he hung up. I've reported him to Telstra, there is no-one with that ID working with them. They have flagged this as a problem. The number he used was (08) 8121 5666.

Called received many times.

Caller: Claimed from Telstra

Announced he was from Telstra and advised we were going to be disconnected from the internet for 15 days. My response, "Oh, this is great news, thank you so much". He repeated himself a few times, but I maintained my pleasure at this amazing news. He hung up!

5 second silence-woman with accent- hullo this is telstra (with bad static line )when i asked her name she hung up

Said he was from Telstra and there was a problem with our internet. Quoted me a Telstra ID DO24324 - but could not tell me the account number. A SCAM

I checked with Telstra and this is a hoax call. they said they would block my internet for 48 hours because of security breaches. Hang up immediately!!!
