Yes, police mag that no-one has heard of

A guy calls himself Sam Taylor from SA Institute of Police asking for Gold, Silver or Bronze sponsorship for their quarterly magazine. I cant find anything on a SA Police Institute. He knew my business name and where I was. Pretty sure its a scam.

Same as above, stupidly agreed to the first one in December and they call every day from different numbers. Thankfully didn’t pay them anything before checking this!

This happened to me last year and I nearly got caught out. Evidently they are going through numbers on Facebook and got my number from my business page.

I answered the call and the caller hung up. I tried to call the number back but it immediately hung up.

Had a missed call from this number. Rang back and voicemail said, 'the mobile telephone number is currently not available. Please try again later'

Cold calling or a scam. He said his name was Don from some Neighbourhood Watch. He made it sound like what he was doing was going to help youths and promote my business. I asked if it was going to cost anything and he said minimal cost or nothing until next year. I said I wasn't interested.

This number must be back at it again. I didn't answer and didn't call back.

Asked to speak business owner then hung. Dialed number back constantly engaged.

A guy called me from this number saying he is calling from Australian police and neighborhood watch... and started talking through into different things... and I stopped him and asked for his details and how did he get my number etc. he hung up straight away!! definitely a scammer!!

I called back number (08) 8121 0316 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.
