Caller: Brody He admitted as Brody called hotel on behalf of client's agent just asking random booking name to confirm if booking was valid still, however unable to help further more as he has no booking detail or something that easier to track the booking as unable to find the name that he gave. Kind of weird as agent should have booking ref number, detail. At the end he just wanted to know whom he was talking to and hung up the phone.

Rang us on a Sunday. Obviously I didn't pick up because it's not work hours, but I'm pleased to read all the testimony here.

Caller: Artificial Intelligence My sister has had this call several times at her practice. Today it called my office, went to voice mail. Sounds like a real person's voice and very conversational. Could pick it's AI and Robocall as the conversation continued as though I had answered the questions. Such a waste of medical staff's timel.

Caller: Artificial Intelligence Called a specialist Doctors surgery and asked for wait time. I asked for which clinic and they said they just wanted a rough time frame. Was a serious delay in call too. Tried to call back and went direct to a weird message bank.
