Caller: Google Text message saying an attempt to remove my associated phone number on my mobile phone. Said to call (08) 7523 1009 if such an attempt was not made by me. I did not receive the "usual" Security Alert from Google so I didn't call the number. I think the message was from a scammer.

Caller: supposedly google Text message saying an attempt to remove my associated phone number on my mobile phone. Said to call (08) 7523 1009 if such an attempt was not mage by me. Looked up the Google and Google Support and couldn't find the above number listed.
