Today I received a call from this number (08) 7328 9419 and a very rude/disrespectful Indian guy called Ish (Employer number 53788) from Optus. He was extremely rude to me, when I asked to talk with another team member or his manager he said he is not listening to a word I say anymore so i ended that call. Calling back I got through to "Ish" again who was again rude but did put me through to his manager after leaving me waiting for 5 minutes (not on hold, but the phone just left on the side). A resolution was gained upon speaking to his manager. 08 7328 9419 Optus resolution centre.
