Caller: CIL Caravan Insurance possibly Noting another comment that it they called the number back and it was CIL, I am expecting a call from them - would be good if they left a message so they wouldn't be thought of as SPAM!

I got a caravan insurance quote from them,but they were too expensive so went elsewhere, so why do they now call and don't leave a message?

Caller: CIL Insurance I did an online enquiry for an insurance quote. Caller didn't leave a message. Poor service if they can't be bothered to leave a message, so I won't be calling them back.

Caller: CIL INSURANCE I'm sure it was CIL as I registered to have a quote done for a vehicle. They didn't bother to leave a message though, so I won't be calling them back.

Caller: Think CIL If callers do not leave a message I do not ring them. I asked for a quote. Not very good customer relations.

Caller: CIL Insurance I think they will be a customer satisfaction follow up call. I had contacted them recently about insurance. They couldn't help me. They really should leave a message. I don't call people back if they don't leave a message or text me first.
