Caller: Supposedly the ATO. They tried to ring my mobile and left a voice to text message that said "Hi this call is from Legal Department of the Australian Taxation Office. This is in ref(?)."

Caller: Fraudster? I let call go to voice mail - message left saying I had a tax debt and was to be prosecuted unless I paid money immediately- 99.9% sure this is fraud.

Caller: yet another 'ATO arrest warrant' scam They phoned but I didn't recognize the number so I let it ring out. 30 minutes later they left an audio recorded message as an SMS, threatening arrest.

Appears to be another automated Australian Tax office scam Claims to be Legal Department of Australian tax office but is a robotic voice and threatens with arrest warrant.
