Yep this is a scam - the first question they ask is "Have you be in a motor accident that is not your fault?"

missed the call,but recognised the number had phone call before,Indian voice knew my name and said I had been involved in a car accident,told him to f#$@ off and hanged up

Hmmm just answered this number but there was just background noise then they hung up. Interestingly I HAVE made a motor accident claim recently. Won’t be bothered answering next time they call

When I answered an Irish woman asked me if I had been in a car accident in the last three months and I said no. She then asked me again and I said NO !!! She didn't say where she was from, sounded very dodgy.
