Scam, purportedly from NBN and problem with my router. I asked where they were calling from she said NBN. I asked where they were located and for their street address - she didn’t know and would have to check. I hung up and blocked.

Caller: A man in a call centre Caller claimed to be from Telstra NBN and said my internet was not working and asked me to confirm whether it was working or not. The caller hung up when I asked him to confirm that he was from Telstra by telling me what my name is.

They rang me today but before I could answer the call ended and immediately a call from (02) 6917 1707 came through. I suspect a scam.
