Caller: Amazon Prime

Received an automated voice message saying I will be debited $99.99 for my Amazon prime account. If I wish to cancel I needed to press 1. Thought it was legit so pressed one and got through to Indian speaking people with lots of people asking similar questions in the background (SPAM central). Got me to install remote desktop software which I did but didn't go any further as I work comfortable for anyone to provide an access code so they could remotely get onto my computer and cancel my Amazon prime account. Made him wait whilst I checked my Amazon prime account. I cancelled this six months prior and when I questioned him on he hung up.
