Caller: Claiming to be from telstra

Told me that my ISP was now open to the public and would be expose my information to hackers. Had a foreign accent

i did not answer the phone but no message left

Caller: said it was NBN

Caller said they were from NBN and there was unusual activity over the past 2 days
(strange as no-one was in the workplace) Sounded like an Asian accent

Attempted to make an appointment tomorrow to change the metre and something to do with a shower head. Hard to understand due to accent. I told them never received prior info on this metre change and 7 days notice is appropriate if wanting access to my property and also prior knowledge of their plan. Told them to send info in mail if legit. Suspect it’s a phishing scam. Call from Adelaide. I’m in NSW. Second caller today from Brisbane.Same accent, this time Commbank.and someone accessing my account, twice! And it was internationally. I told her I’ll ring the bank directly She abused me and hung up!

this is definitely a scam call, got a call from them saying I had a fradulent payment made from paypal even though i don't use paypal.

immediately hung up when answered

Called saying he was from Commonwealth bank and knew my name. I am not with Commonwealth bank so I hung up. Scam.

claimed to be from amazon about recent order from my account. checked my amazon account, no order placed. indian accent.

Call from Adelaide SA. Claimed to be from Ebay and someone in California made a purchase with my bank account from an unsecured WIFI network. Said he needed my IP address to check. I don't think so.

Caller: scammer, claimed to be from ebay

apparently, I place a $500 order on ebay. he received an earful.

Definitely a scam call from an Indian call centre.

Says call from Adelaide. i did not answer the phone but no message left. 5th call today from either Adelaide or Sutherland NSW. Pain in the bum.

Telstra NBN scam. Avoid.

Called herself Amy Something to do with a new metre and something to do with a shower head. Wanted to make an appointment the next day.I told her 7 days notice is the usual setup. Then told her to send me whatever info she’s trying to sell me, by mail and then I’ll consider whether it’s a scam or not She then hung up.
