this is a scam

Someone claiming to be from visa services told me a purchase was made on amazon, the bill needs to be paid now. Crikeys I'm so sick of these crooks.

Caller: Said they were ANZ Bank

Telling me suspicious activity on my Visa card which is not an ANZ card, so this was immediately a red flag

Caller didn't leave a message. likely a spam caller

Paypal scam telling me that my account had purchased $900 of gift cards

Caller: Scammer

Blocked the number straight away. Idiot from Adelaide looking to have a huge telstra landline bill

I answered...big pause.... like it was being put through, I usually hang up if there is a delay . seems like its programmed to ring random numbers and anyone that answers then gets connected. As soon as I said hello the call was ended at the other end.

They just called but didn't leave a message.

Picked up, didn't say anything, hung up 1 second later.

Keep up the great work every and keep informing others of these scam callers cnuts

EBay scammer. Don’t hit any menu buttons!!

Answered the call but the background noise sounded like a typical boiler-room scam setup, so hung up straight away. Rang the number back but couldn't connect. Nuff said!
