Number not recognised, so I did not answer. No message left.
In light of other folks experiences, this number needs to be tracked down by our telco’s and appropriate sanctions applied.

Scammers! They are claiming that your computer has been hacked and that they are from the internet provider.

Caller: Claimed to be Commonwealth Bank Cyber security

When I answered, there was an extended pause and I could hear busy background noise, lots of talking. Then:

Caller said “I’m calling from Commonwealth Bank Cyber Security, how are you doing today?”

Since the caller neither addressed me by name and I am not with CBA, caller clearly a scammer, I hung up.

Got a call from this number. Couldn't understand what she was saying. Wish I had asked her what she was wearing and had some phone fun

Claimed they were from Commonwealth Bank security and claimed my internet banking account had been compromised. I don’t bank with Comm Bank, hung up on them

Heavy Indian Accented Scammer in a noisy call-centre, wanting to talk about my internet speed. Told him to bugger off.

Rang us and pretended to be from Amazon Security. Recognised the scam tactics immediately and hung up on them. Don't let them get a word in.

Missed call - I'm glad I missed it after reading these comments! I've been called every 15-20 minutes by scammers today and have decided its best to never answer ever again (unless I know the number). So much for the do not call register

Scam call pretending to be Optus. Another bastard call since the Optus hack.

This caller was flagged by Telstra as a possible SPAM call. Seems to be confirmed on this platform.
Be vigilant people.

did not answer thanks scam watch but i wish the telco companies would close down all the scam numbers which i have on my blocked list its becoming very anoying to the point of changing my number

Was in the car, answered on car Bluetooth and screamed HELLO and immediately hung up. Nothing other than my scream was said.

Got a call originally from (07) 3521 3050 saying they were from Amazon (about an hour AFTER I cancelled the Amazon account) and said I needed to be transferred to their cyber security people. Have since received a call from (08) 7092 2537 saying they were from the cyber security. Bloody scammers, they have my mobile number now so will obviously need to be careful. People be aware!!!
