An Indian lady accent, seriously told me my Commonwealth bank card has been skimming. I told her I don't use Commonwealth bank ...She hang up the phone

I got an unwanted call from an asian woman claiming to be from Telstra yesterday, something about my internet problems
Today "(08) 7092 2501" called me, didn't speak, I said hello twice, then it hung up.

Call location Adelaide, no message left.

Caller: supposedly it was NBN

The caller told me he was form the NBN and that my internet service provider was supplying asubstandard speed and that I was not getting what i paid for. interesting this is true for all ISp in australia we are being overcharged comparing to other countries.
Really interesting that NBN is interested in my service...NOT. I asked him how he knows what speeds I am getting...Could not tell me. asked him what detail does he know and claimed that I was with Vodaphone....NOT!!!
