Some guy called Colin Phillips with an estuary accent and an American chat bot claiming my 'secure code' was changed?? First of all, I'm with Me & U bank, 2nd I know Australia is a multicultural place but pick at least one consistent accent to run your gift and thirdly... was pretty amusing so I can't stay mad. Amateur con 2/10 would not run again.

Caller: Definitely not NAB security Some guy called Colin Phillips with an estuary accent and an American phone bot working for NAB? Despite me not being a member of that said bank? Certainly didn't have a 'secure code' that needed updating. Amateur smh
