Caller: Fake PayPal call Received a message that $299 was being charged to my PayPal account - dial 1 to dispute. Rang back and the very foreign sounding woman answered the phone with PayPal - blocked!

Did not leave a voicemail. I rang back and the person said "Thank you for getting the connected to..." and I ended the call.
