Caller: the National Advice Network

They appear to be a Financial Advice company, however when they contacted me they made it sound as though they were doing an assessment of my superannuation insurance due to Government changes. They did not specify they are a for-profit financial company, they instead implied they were offering a service provided by Government at "no cost to me". They are fishing for customers, be careful.

Missed call and called back told me they were from EBay customer service. Played along and the. Hung up on them and blocked the number ….

I then called back and its piano hold music then an American sounding girl answers and then hangs up on me.

Indian male asked for my partner. I advised had wrong number. He asked how does he get in contact with her I advised will not be providing my partners number and asked what it was in relation to. He mumbled something which I could not understand and I asked Parton. He said he will call the reception number.

They mentioned all super policies that have an attached insurance scheme will have the insurance scheme cancelled when govt regulations change.

asked about a broad age range, whether I was working, and whether super was above 25k. Requested call back for Monday.

Indian speaking male. Asked for hubby and i said we weren't interested and to stop calling. Kept talking over me and asking for hubby; again i told him to stop calling and he said something along the lies of he wasnt going to stop calling just because he was asked

They made it appear that they were helping me with my Lost Superannuation.
