I think this is scam

Received 5 calls within a short time but no message left! If that urgent surely would leave a message.

I called back number (08) 6558 0403 spoke to a guy but did not say for what company.

I think this is a scam too, they were offering me a potential job but as long as I did their course which went for 4-6 weeks and paid $800.00, I could potentially get this job.
I don't actually remember applying for such a job.
I asked why they were calling from an 08 number and he said he was calling from head office in perth. They were willing to relocate this position to Melbourne for me, but as long as I did this course for them. They would reimburse me once I got the job but in the mean time I had to pay for it and not get paid in the mean time.......
Tell me this is not a Fraudlent call!!!!!

They left me a voicemail message and said they had a job opportunity and I could not understand his first name. Called back and they did not answer.

I called back number (08) 6558 0403 rang 5 times then goes to busy tone.
