No idea who this guy is. When I answered the phone there was a couple of seconds before I heard him click in and first words he said to me was "hello love". HaHa. I pretended I couldn't hear him to see if he would say anything else, he just asked a few times if I could hear him. I just kept saying hello. Then I hung up. From the gap at beginning, I presumed it was a scammer or telemarketer. He had a yankee accent.

Woman with a strong Indian accent. Wanted to know if I had solar panels and then to check if I was eligible for a government rebate. Seemed like a scam.

Caller: scammer

Said that I was eligible for a solar upgrade, had a very thick Indian accent, asked if I had solar panels when I said yes asked how many I had, then asked if I wanted the government rebate to upgrade, did not sound legitimate and did not say where they were calling from only her name.
