Recieved calls from this number. Said hello but no reply hung up

Pretending to be from a claims office regarding an accident. they use multiple numbers. other numbers they use are (08) 6244 6138 and mobile 0408 356 540. they use the mobile to pretend they are ATO, block all these numbers as they are scams just expect them to use other numbers too

I called back number (08) 6555 8100 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.

When i answered there was no-one there.

many many calls like this being received. I block them and they still get through. this one once i answer nothing.

Had a missed call from this number and when I phoned back, they said they were the 1st Response Team and have I had an accident? When i said No, please take my number off your records, the woman said someone must've got a digit wrong. Yeah right!

Fed up of these calls from Amanda at claims office. Tried ringing to complain no joy. Tried option 2 to remove from their list. I still get calls that I just reject. Tried blocking still get calls.

Amanda from claims department, accident claim scam

Received one call from this number and several from (08) 6205 3409. When answering 'hello' there's a brief pause then a recorded message saying "Hi my name's Amanda from the Claims Dept. If you've been involved in an accident press 1, if you want to be removed from the list press 2. I always hung up but finally pressed 2 and the call was terminated. After this I thought that wasn't a good idea as it's probably a SCAM. Best advice is simply block the numbers.
