Just got my first call from this number. Did not answer unidentified number.Thanks everyone for comments regarding car accident scam. Will never answer. Cheers.

these guys have called by on a number of ocassions. the first one I kept them on the line telling them I had just had an accident and was really happy they called. asked them a whole lot of questions about how much I can get, how much can a sue for etc etc and then how much would I pay them. after half an hour they got the message and hung up. this time I told tehm in no uncertain terms just don't bloody call again or I will never hang up the line and they will never get it back again.

Car Accident Scam. Interestingly, I had a minor car accident three weeks ago. I thanked them for calling me, told him everything that the accident was huge, that there was an ambulance called (which he got very excited about), then I told him he was so clever to get a hold of me, as I died as was in heaven. He hung up!!!!

I got a call from this number and they hungup on me as soon as they hear HELLO.

Got extremely annoyed when I questioned why he has even called me regarding a car accident - none of your business is what I told him plus I haven't had an accident!!!!

This is a scam and don't bother getting into a discussion with them as you are dealing with un-educated people!!!!

Said they were calling about a recent car accident, they knew my name. Told them I havent been involved in an accident (which is true). They are ringing me daily, I just ignore..still annoying though.

Had 2 missed calls from them so I called back. A lot of loud background noise like a call Centre. The guy was Irish’s FB kept calling me. “Darlin”! Asked if I was “xx” ? They must have checked my name to my phone number - then asked if I’d had any car damage lately? I said I had a Company car and they said “oh sorry - must have called a wrong number” -

Phone call from this number. About a car accident. I would like to know hiw they knew my name. I don't give out my details. I only answered as it could have been my niece from the hospital.

Believed I had recently had an accident. I have had quite a few of these recently on my mobile, home phone and business line. All different numbers. The scary thing is this time he phoned my mobile and knew my name. I dont answer my mobile identifying myself or give my number out to just anyone.
