It always starts with an annoying Indian accent asking 'how are doing today sir? Then he starts about talking NBN, Energy saving, etc. Wonder how I can I trace them?

I answered the phone (sometimes it’s fun to play with them) and they mentioned being from the NBN. They went silent after that so I hung up.

They just tried to tell me that my NBN speed wasn't what I was paying for and that over the last few days my NBN was continuously not working and that they were going to change my plan.... at which stage I told them where to go ( my NBN has /is working perfectly)
