Apperantly my telstra internet had changed wanted to help reset IP address got flusted when I would not commit to a time to chat about resetting the IP address. Checked with local telstra shop and they confirmed my thoughts a scam

Caller: Told me Telstra Said telstra, asked them to prove and she said she could give Employee ID & her name - what a load of BS. Definitely a scam, could tell me anything about my account, just that my information was all over the internet and not private. NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
