5 rings then they hang up

Perth, Indian, say they’re from Telstra

Phone rang but stopped almost immediately - I had a missed call from this number with no message left.

said they were from security division of master card & visa card.

Sounds like Indians.

answered the call was from Commonwealth bank and a car insurance payment had been deducted that i needed to authorize and to select one if it wasn't from me.

Indian accented woman claimed she was from an insurance company calling about an accident I was involved in “some time ago”. I replied “You aren’t, and I wasn’t . Go away”, and hung up. Clearly an attempted scam.

(08) 6383 6722 has many complaints registered as a nuisance Credit Card scam . Ignore, delete, block and report +61863836722 as unsafe.

Left 21 second voicemail, in Chinese

Scam call, very noisy in the background hard to hear but sounded like an Indian lady saying she was from ebay support calling about a 500 purchase. Hung up.

Said they were calling from NBN and wanted to fix my fluctuating speeds for free 😂 I hung up

If the number does not activate a name in my contact list I don't answer, If they don't leave a message I don't answer. If the do leave a message I evaluate it to decide if I will return the call. 99% don't get a return call.

About 2 rings, then I answered and said "Hello". Was greeted by silence for about 2 seconds then whoever was on the other end terminated the call. Suspect this is a scam call/number originating overseas.
