Caller: NBN Scam

They want to check your NBN connection as they have received information that other people are accessing your wifi. I played along to get as much out of them as possible.
They will want to connect to your computer and access it.
They will then ask for credit card details for bills or disconnect if you refuse access to your computer.
Their call centre is huge by the sound of the background noise.

Scam, do not answer

Voice mail saying that NBN payments will debited from my account. Very much a scam

Caller: (08) 6383 6717

Automated voice regarding a paypal payment. Not legit - block caller.

Claimed to be from Commonwealth Bank and querying a payment made of $800. I hung up.

Called claimed to be from NBN - I hung up immediately..

Call centre, knew my name. I hang up when they ask me how I am.

Just banned this number from calling me again.

Called. Went through to answer machine, didn't leave a message.
