I believe this is a scam call

Called is from a Perth number, I’m in NSW. Didn’t leave a message. Suspect Scam from reading messages about this number.

Scam, claim to be Aus government

It’s a scam uses multiple numbers with the last digit changed

My phone number will be stopped in two hours a computer says

the said that iimi had been trying to contact me without success. then 1 for english and 2 for chinese

(08) 6365 1720 From Perth- voicemail was a computer message telling me to press 1 for English or 2 for Chinese - then the rest was in Chinese.
My Chinese friends said scam caller about telephone.

Left a voicemail and it was speaking chinese. SCAM

Called from Perth Western Australia. The message from a voice recording was: "Hello. Academic emergency notice. For Australian nationality, press 1. If you are Chinese, or International Student, press 2".

If you are a Chinese student, I would say someone is trying to scam you.

Called, but didn't leave a message. I did not call back. This was only 1½ hours after a call from (08) 6365 1725 (which did the same - called, didn't leave a message).

Did not pick up but they left me a voicemail saying “This is the Australian government, select for the artificial service - 1 for English’.. I just deleted the voicemail. Clearly a scammer
