Bloody annoying, these telemarketers r hired by property development companies that want people to eventually invest in their properties through negative gearing. The "tax incentive" they refer to is from negative gearing.

Surest way to get them to stop hounding you is to pretend u r renting and unemployed.

Calls 2-3 times a week, when I answer they hang up.

Beware all investment/wealth creation tax reduction company's. They are propert sprukers who get you hyped up. They get builders to add $30k on top of the house and land price as their commission.
If you ever want to build an investment approach a builder direct not a third party

This number constantly calls and tries to facetime my 12 year old daughter.

Block it, claims they can't take you off their call list but it's the law!!! Sales call abt paying off loans earlier...

Some dude asking a lot of questions about my home, work and income. He asked my career field, my marital status and how much I still owe on my mortgage. It made me really uncomfortable and I didn't give him any information of value and pretended I didn't know. I think it was due to this that he said "thanks for that, have a great day" and hung up on me.

"Are you the property owner...?" Click. Incredibly annoying and persistent. Ignoring their calls, blocking or reporting them isn't working. Exposing them here does seem to work with some spammers/scammers but not this one...Anyone have a success story in blocking these types of thugs?

He started talking I think he said their name was Asset something or rather and he asked if I owned my own house and if I wanted to unlock the equity. I said not interested thank you and he just hung up.

This number just tried to facetime my 13 yo son on his laptop..he shut the computer and come and got me freaked out. Im reporting this information to the Police, AFP

Start with long introduction of home loan and investment. Hang up immediately when I ask how do they get my number.
