They persistently call several times a day and leave a six second voicemail message containing silence with the occasional static sound. Everytime I've tried to return the call, the phone call gets disconnected upon attempts to transfer to an operator.

continues to call and leave blank message bank, with no way of returning call. at same times each day, sometimes 6 times in a day.

have non stop called me all day from like 10 different numbers, wont leave a message either and wont talk when you answer phone
