They are spammers pretending to be Optus and they give out Optus phone numbers for call back.

Indian guy said he was from working for Optus Business. He asked if I can transfer him to our IT Manager. I requested that he tells me the IT Mangers name, as if they're legitimately working for Optus they would have all your information on file, confirming it with you - not requesting you to confirm your details. He then asked if I am with Optus?! I requested him to give me his Optus ID so that I can confirm that he's legit, he said you can find it all on my website...WHAT?? If you're working for Optus why would you have a personal website? I advised I am not interested, as it seems like a SCAM!!! Definitely not legit.
