Wanting to talk about any financial trouble in the past 10 years and offering a free refund for something. Can't call back as line is always busy.

scam call. It claimed at the start of the call they are not asking for any personal detail for something refund with expenses that you have sent on mortgages, car or other loans etc.
Then they are asking you to sign authority by e-mail with your name to complete the eligibility check list.
At first I though it was a refund from my career membership as company duplicated the payment.
Could not understand where is she from and refuse further to provide detail and hang up.
Definitely scam call!

never picked it up and can’t call them back cause it says “user busy” but they kept calling every few days.

Called first on 14th March 2022, now again a week later (21st March). On both occasions no message left.

Could not understand where she was calling from, something about refund!!!!

Sounded like South African accent, was talking about the recent issue on TV with the banks and getting bank fees back. I thought it was dodgy so I hung up.
