Caller: Scammer

Call from (08) 6256 3876. (Perth, WA). Automated message from ‘Olivia’ at Commonwealth Bank asking me to press 1 to authorize $1800 transaction. Blocked and reported scam to CBA.

Call ended before I could answer to see who this caller might be. Before ending, the number got flagged as 'Potential Fraud - Reported as Fraud' on my Androd phone (Galaxy Note 9). Guess I did not miss anything.

Claiming calling from commonwealth bank about someone wat to do transaction of $99 from my account.

Sounded like a call centre. Calling from similar numbers every day. Block one and another starts. Scam.

claims to be from Amazon, telling someone just made a purchase from my amazon account... which i dont have. Tried to persuade me i do have an acc with Amazon and he will send me a message with a code. I hung up, didn't have time for this entertainment

Someone with a very Thick Indian Accent supposedly from “ Amazon” calling to “check” a purchase on my account. Apparently someone ordered an iPhone from my account. I have not purchased any phone.

Phone had tagged as potential fraud so did not answer.

Claimed to be from PayPal asking me to verify that I made a $700 charge on my account.

Claimed to be commbank saying I authorised a transaction of $1000 to some guy named jacked. Hung up immediately but they knew my name

caller claimed to be from Commonwealth Bank when I hung up they rang back and claimed to be from Citibank told them I have no affiliation with either and hung up and blocked
